Shipping & Delivery
Products are sent to you via UPS at whatever delivery speed you choose (ground, 2nd day air, etc).Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order or you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Brimstore.com offers a number of large and oversized items that require special handling. If an item requires special handling, we will contact you for approval to ship the item separately from other items in your order due to the special handling required. These items must ship with one of our specialty shippers and the shipping charges for these items will differ from UPS. Shipping options for residents of Alaska or Hawaii are 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Additionally, some items can't be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii if they are extremely heavy, oddly-shaped, or considered hazardous.

Some products must be shipped separately and occasionally a product is only available for shipment in specific package quantities. If the procuct is only available in quantity we will attempt to contact you while we fulfill the rest of your order.

UPS Ground shipping takes 1-6 days, depending on your location. Please see the map for a general representation of UPS Ground transit times.

Privacy & Security
We at Brim know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing but never store any of your financial information.
Returns & Replacements
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Brimstore.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just call our parts department at 1-800-530-2746 and we will guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, our parts department at 1-800-530-2746 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us for instructions on how to return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location.
Ordering
Placing an order is easy. There's no need to create an account first. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.) .
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.
Viewing Orders
You can view your orders on the website. You can cancel your order for any item by calling the parts department at 1-800-530-2746 provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our parts department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
Updating Account Information
You can view and edit you account information or address book on the website.
